Bioanalytica High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC):

An analytical chemistry technique used to separate, identify, and quantify components in a liquid mixture. It uses a high-pressure pump to drive a mobile phase through a column packed with a stationary phase.

Sonicators:

Used for nanoparticle preparation, dispersion, and various separation processes.

REMI Centrifugation Machine:

Used to separate components of a mixture based on size, shape, density, and viscosity. By spinning samples at high speeds, denser components form a pellet at the bottom, while less dense components remain in the supernatant.

LG Laboratory Refrigerators:

Specialized cold-storage units designed to maintain precise temperature stability and uniformity, typically between 2°C and 8°C. Unlike household units, these use forced-air circulation to prevent hot spots and ensure rapid temperature recovery.

Vestfrost Deep Freezers:

Essential for long-term sample storage. These upright freezers provide easy organization with integrated shelves and drawers.

Biosafety Cabinet (BSC) Class II:

A ventilated, HEPA-filtered workspace designed to protect personnel, the environment, and samples from infectious agents. It uses laminar down flow to maintain sample sterility.

Thermo Fisher Scientific CO2 Incubator:

Used to grow and maintain microbiological or cell cultures by providing a controlled environment with constant temperature, high humidity, and regulated CO2 levels (typically 5%) to maintain physiological pH.

NSW-227 Autoclave:

A pressure chamber used to sterilize laboratory equipment and medical supplies by subjecting them to high-pressure saturated steam for approximately 15–20 minutes.

Metrex High-Precision Water Bath:

Used for sensitive laboratory applications—such as enzyme reactions, serological testing, and incubation—where temperature stability and uniformity are critical. It utilizes a microprocessor-based PID controller.

Rescholar Visible Spectrophotometer:

A routine laboratory instrument used to measure light absorbance and transmittance specifically in the visible spectrum (typically 340 nm to 960 nm).

GeNei- Thermal Cycler (PCR):

The Genei PCR Machine is used for various applications in molecular biology, including: DNA Amplification: It amplifies specific DNA sequences, which is essential for genetic research and forensic analysis. Pathogen Detection: It helps in detecting pathogens like Hepatitis B and C viruses, HIV-1, Chlamydia trachomatis, Mycobacterium tuberculosis.

Alpha Innotech Gel Documentation Machine:

The Alpha Innotech gel documentation system is a versatile imaging system designed for precise imaging and analysis of nucleic acids and proteins in laboratories. Key features include: Real-time image readout capability and high-resolution print output. Support for both fluorescence and chemiluminescence detection, making it suitable for various applications like molecular diagnostics and western blot analysis.

Ice Flaking Machine (Blue Star):

An Ice Flaking Machine plays a vital role in providing a continuous supply of hygienic, dry ice flakes for rapid cooling, sample preservation, and process stability. Designed for efficiency and reliability, ice flaking machines are an essential utility across multiple sectors.

Plant Tissue Culture Racks with humidity and Temperature controller (Vista Biocell):

Plant tissue culture racks are essential in laboratories for growing and maintaining plant tissue cultures. They are designed to accommodate various sizes of culture vessels and provide the necessary environmental conditions for plant growth.

Ultra Sonicator (DNano):

Ultrasonic probe sonicators are widely used in laboratories for various applications, including: Homogenization, Cell Disruption,Emulsification, Particle Size Reduction, Nanoparticle Dispersion.

Fat Analzer (Tulin):

Fat analyzers are specialized laboratory instruments designed to measure fat content in food, beverages, and biological samples using methods like NMR, infrared spectroscopy, Soxhlet extraction, or optical sensors.

Protein Analzer (Tulin):

Protein analyzers are essential tools in laboratories for accurately quantifying protein content in various samples. They utilize advanced techniques such as spectrophotometry and chromatography to determine protein concentrations. These analyzers offer customizable parameters and a user-friendly interface, ensuring versatile operation for researchers and quality control professionals.

Water Purification System (Bioage):

Water purity in laboratories is crucial for maintaining the accuracy and reliability of experimental results. Different types of water are used for various laboratory applications, each with specific purity requirements. Water purification systems are essential for producing the desired water grade for laboratory applications.
