Dr. Pawan Kumar Diwan is an accomplished academician and researcher in the field of Physics, currently serving as an Associate Professor. He holds a Ph.D. in Physics from Kurukshetra University and brings over 19 years of teaching experience along with 25 years of research expertise.
His teaching portfolio spans undergraduate, postgraduate, and doctoral levels, covering subjects such as Semiconductor Physics, Electromagnetic Theory, Optics, Applied Physics, and Research Methodology.
Dr. Diwan’s research focuses on energy loss of heavy ions, solid-state nuclear track detectors, and thermal analysis of materials. He has successfully completed multiple funded research projects supported by national institutions and has published extensively in reputed international journals.
He has authored a book titled “Applied Physics for Engineers” and contributed to several book chapters. In addition, he has guided Ph.D. scholars and M.Tech. students, contributing significantly to academic and research development.
